"I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported — and you don’t have to walk through your struggles alone. As a therapist, I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what’s on your mind and in your heart at your own pace. I work with both adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and feeling stuck or disconnected. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you uncover your strengths, and support you in making meaningful, lasting changes in your life. I’m here to walk alongside you — with warmth, curiosity, and care — as you take steps toward healing and growth. When you’re ready, reach out. I’d be honored to be part of your journey.”
