Courageous Dialogue Counseling Center welcomes compassionate, skilled providers who are committed to helping individuals, couples, and families experience healing, growth, and hope.
Our (non- supervised) clinicians provide services as 1099 independent contractors, allowing them to maintain the independence of private practice while benefiting from connection with a respected and supportive clinical team. Supervised clinicians are welcome to apply but are retained as employees.

Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in connecting with licensed and qualified therapists, counselors, psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practioners and other behavioral-health professionals who:

Provide compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care

Value collaboration while working confidently and independently

Maintain all required Maryland (and other relevant states) licenses, credentials, and professional insurance

Communicate reliably and professionally

Are committed to confidentiality, clinical excellence, and continued learning

Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families—and expertise in specialized areas of care—may be especially valuable as we continue expanding our services.
